About these terms

These terms apply to formula1dashboard.com and app.formula1dashboard.com, including the website, blog, and dashboard. By using them, you agree to these terms. The public features are currently provided free of charge.

Using the service

You may use the site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. Do not disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, send malicious traffic, or interfere with other visitors' use of the site. Formula1Dashboard is an independent fan project. Race data, statistics, schedules, maps, visualisations, and articles are provided for general information and may be incomplete, delayed, or changed without notice. They are not official timing, safety, financial, or professional advice. The service may be changed, suspended, or unavailable from time to time.

Content and third-party rights

Site design, original writing, and original visualisations are owned by their respective rights holders. Data, images, marks, and other materials from third parties remain subject to those parties' rights and terms. You may link to public pages. Reproduction of substantial parts of the site requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable licence. Any reuse must respect the attribution requirements of that licence and applicable law. These terms do not grant rights to third-party materials beyond those already available under law or licence.

Formula 1, F1, FIA, team, and driver names, logos, and other marks belong to their respective owners. Formula1Dashboard is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Formula One, the FIA, or any team.

This statement of independence does not grant permission to reuse protected race data, photographs, video, audio, logos, or other third-party materials. Any such use requires its own legal basis.

External services

Some features rely on third-party services, including maps, analytics, and feedback tools. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Formula1Dashboard does not control those services.

Responsibility

The service is provided on an informational basis. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
